“To say this was powerful experience for me would be an understatement. I recommend doing this on a day you feel light and haven’t eaten too heavy. & maybe on a day you don’t have to be or do anything the following day. I have never felt my shakti this intensely before, especially in my upper chakras. I felt deep rooted religious trauma being pulled out when we got to the third eye and crown. My root chakra was pulsing the whole time too. After the session, I laid there for about five minutes and just felt everything as I settled back into the present. It was such a good feeling to be able to FEEL again. I have been struggling with feeling safe to feel and be in my body.
As I was coming back to the present, I felt a flood of remembrance of different past lives and connections. It was almost overwhelming with the past lives because some were very harsh. I reminded myself that we don’t need to know the details just the wisdom. With this intention it helped to ease the flood of all the information coming through.
